At Harmony On Stage, we want you to be completely satisfied. More than that, we want you to rave about us to other bands and choruses. So we have a very liberal return policy, and offer returnable samples for your convenience. Before ordering in large quantities, you are permitted to purchase samples from us, so you can see the quality for yourself! You may keep these samples for up to three weeks, before returning them to us, so that you can be absolutely sure you are getting the best quality, as well as the best price! After your inspection, call us toll free at 1-800-7-TUXEDO (800-788-9336) and we will give you a return authorization. Once having done so, there is no reason that your final purchase should be incorrect. But if it is, you may return it to us (unused and in saleable condition) within 30 days for an exchange or refund. For your protection, please send all packages via UPS, FedX, or via Insured mail.

Shipping Charges

Purchases totalling $100.00-250.00 will ship via UPS Ground for $12.50
Purchases of $250.00 and above, will ship for 5% of merchandise total.

Small orders (under $100.00) $8.50 s/h via UPS Ground plus $10.00 small order fee for non regular customers. (Regular customers ordering fill-ins would not need to pay the small order fee).

Air shipping, may vary depending on weight, however as a rough estimate, figure $20.00 additional for 2 day air, $30.00 additional for next day air. We generally use either UPS Blue/Red Label, or FED-X for air shipping.

Shipping charges are non refundable. If you have any questions about our terms of sale, please call our office. Please note that we cannot refund "custom made garments" or garments that have been imprinted, hemmed, or altered in any way.
